new patients
hello and thanks for choosing us for your dental wellbeing
All are welcome at Annandale Village Dentistry. We love meeting new people!
We speak English and German. We can converse in any other language too with the help of a translator!
We're passionate about helping you to enjoy the best oral health you can, free from pain, disfigurement and unnecessary expense.
Ideally, we like to take the time to get to know you and understand your mouth at the first visit with us. Our standard new patient consults go for one hour. We'll complete the necessary paperwork, have a chat about your oral health concerns and desires, complete a full clinical evaluation, take any additional diagnostic records such as radiographs, give you the results, discuss restorative options and formulate a treatment plan as needed.
**If you're keen to have your teeth cleaned at this first visit, please indicate this at the time of booking. While this won't always be possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We cater for kids right through to the elderly. We're a wheelchair friendly practice.
We take special care of people who are anxious. Please help us to help you, by letting us know at the time of booking, so we can work with you to feel most at ease during your time with us. We've got some special gadgets for your comfort and peace of mind.
We'd be grateful if you can complete some patient forms prior to your first appointment with us. If you are booking online, please download and complete the forms and send them back to us. Our receptionist will contact you to follow up on these forms and may ask you to get some additional records to help get the most out of your first consultation.
If you are coming from another dental practice and would like to request copies of your previous records to be transferred, please complete the Records Request Form and we will gladly submit this request on your behalf.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of your appointment to ensure that all records are ready for the consultation.
We're looking forward to meeting you at the practice very soon!
